
Terms and Conditions
By purchasing this booking you are entering into an agreement with me, Tylette Newkirk, DBA Fly With Tye hereinafter referred to as the Travel Agent. The Parties (the Travel Agent and the Client) hereby agree to the following: Booking Process All bookings made through Fly With Tye are subject to availability. Clients must provide accurate personal information and travel details at the time of booking. Booking confirmation will be provided via email or other agreed-upon communication channels. Responsibilities of the Travel Agent and Client The Travel Agent operates as an independent entity with the primary objective of procuring travel services for the Client, including but not limited to booking hotel accommodations, resort services, excursions, and transportation arrangements such as flights, rental cars, and ground transfers.

The Travel Agent undertakes to generate a comprehensive quote tailored to the Client's specific travel requirements. Alongside the quote, the Travel Agent will provide information regarding available travel insurance or protection options. ​

The Client has the discretion to opt for or decline the offered insurance/protection. In cases where the Client opts out of purchasing insurance/protection, a waiver acknowledging the decision must be signed, acknowledging full responsibility for any subsequent changes or additional costs incurred, including modifications to dates, transportation, accommodations, guest details, or other related concerns.

Prior to processing payment for either the deposit or full amount, the Client will thoroughly review all details included in the quote. This includes information pertaining to travelers (full names, dates of birth, genders, passport details, travel numbers, and flight reward/program numbers), as well as location and accommodation specifications. This review ensures accuracy and alignment with the Client's preferences and requirements.

In the case of international travel, both the Client and Travel Agent will conduct a thorough review of all travelers' passports to confirm compliance with destination-specific requirements regarding validity, remaining pages, and time frame constraints.
Payment, Pricing, and Refunds
Payment - Accepted Methods and Procedures
The Travel Agent will request either a deposit or full payment, depending on the booking timing and travel dates. Payment shall be made via a secure payment link or by completing a credit card authorization form, as provided by the Travel Agent, for the agreed-upon amount as outlined in the travel quote. Credit card authorization forms will be sent to the Client via email, text, or other online transmission. Cash payments, checks, or money orders will not be accepted. Upon receipt of the deposit, the Client assumes full responsibility for the remaining payment. Failure to make full payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking at the discretion of the supplier.
In such cases, the Client may or may not receive a cash refund or travel credit, depending on the timing of cancellation.

Pricing - Subject to Change

The Client is advised to adhere to the stipulations outlined in the travel documentation provided by the Travel Agent. Quoted prices are subject to change until the Client secures the desired price by completing payment with the appropriate indicated method, either deposit or full payment, by the specified payment deadline.

Refunds - Terms and Conditions
​
Refund eligibility varies depending on the policies of the supplier/vendor, travel insurance coverage, cancellation timelines, and specific accommodations and
transportation arrangements. In the event that a cash refund is granted, it will be returned to the Client's original payment method. If a travel credit is issued, the Client must adhere to the terms outlined by the supplier/vendor in the travel credit documentation. It's important to note that the availability and terms of refunds or travel credits are subject to the policies of the respective supplier/vendor.

Service Fee

A $25 service fee per booking will be applied to each booking to encompass the array of services rendered. These services encompass the provision of round-the-clock
concierge support, tailored itinerary development, passport facilitation, expert consultation, booking and coordination of approved itinerary including
accommodations, transfers, and excursions, dining suggestions, dissemination of international travel regulations and entry requirements, advocacy on behalf of clients, pre-departure travel documents (digital), and additional amenities as needed Group

Price Match
​
The majority of our suppliers extend a price matching policy. Should you discover an identical itinerary at a lower rate on another platform, provided it aligns directly in terms of services offered, we are pleased to facilitate a price match request subsequent to the
payment of your deposit.

FEES ASSOCIATED WITH CHANGES AND CANCELLATION
​
After confirming your booking, should you decide to cancel your trip, a non-refundable cancellation fee of $50 per person is required to be paid to the travel agent before we proceed to cancel with the respective supplier. This fee is necessary to compensate for the work undertaken on your behalf up to the point of cancellation.
Similarly, should you require any changes to your reservation such as adjustments to dates, number of travelers, or flight details after booking, a non-refundable change fee of $25 per person is applicable. This fee is to be paid to the travel agent prior to the
implementation of the requested changes, considering the time and effort involved in modifying your reservation with the supplier.
Travel Documents and Insurance
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure they possess valid travel documents including passports, visas, and any required vaccinations. It is recommended that you have at least 6 months of validity on your passport post travel dates. It is strongly recommended that clients purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage.

Liability
​
The travel agent acts as an intermediary between clients and travel providers and shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during travel. Clients are advised to review the terms and conditions of travel providers, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators.

Travel Advisories and Health Regulations
​
Clients are responsible for staying informed about travel advisories, entry requirements, and health regulations for their destination. "Fly With Tye" shall not be held liable for any disruptions or inconveniences caused by changes in travel advisories or health regulations. We are always available to answer questions you
may have.

Photograph Release
​
Fly With Tye reserves the right to capture photographs or videos during its excursions. By participating in these trips, participants hereby grant Fly With Tye explicit permission to utilize such media for promotional or commercial purposes, without the obligation of providing compensation to the participants.

Privacy Policy
​
We respect the privacy of our clients and will only use personal information for the
purpose of making travel arrangements. Client information will not be shared with third
parties without consent except as required by law.
Acceptance of Terms
By booking travel through Fly With Tye, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
